properties over one million dollars (in most areas). The Architectural Division
consists of unique properties which are designed by architects.
Do the architects have to be famous to be in the division?
No. New architects as well as significant and famous ones are all worthy of being
represented in the Architectural Division.
Where is the Architectural Division located?
The Architectural Division is headquartered out of Los Angeles, and the Division
has been established in Santa Barbara and Montecito, Pasadena and the San Gabriel
Valley, the San Fernando Valley, Orange County and San Diego. Future locations are
planned over the next 24 months.
Who runs the Architectural Division?
Jan Eric Horn is the Executive Director of the Architectural Division. Jan works
out of the Greater Los Angeles Home Office located at 11611 San Vicente Blvd, 9th

Division locations have a Director of Architectural Properties who serve the buyers,

What kind of house qualifies to be in the Architectural Division?
First and foremost, the house must be architect-designed to be included in the Architectural
Division. Secondly, the seller of the house must have valid paperwork to authenticate
that the house is actually designed by a given architect.

Yes. Coldwell Banker has created a unique marketing program specifically geared
to architect-designed houses. The success in marketing these properties has been

agents as Architectural Specialists. Each specialist must attend a certain number
